During our market research, we found that the overall snacking market is projected to grow over the coming years, as consumers trend towards convenience and meal replacement via snacks.


Looking closer at sectors of the snacking market we found that other categories of dips and spreads such as guacamole, cheese dip, and hummus all have single-serve convenient options on the market.
As a result of these options existing, each spread is consumed more within a snacking context as compared to salsa. Looking at retail markets for salsa, it is least commonly found in convenience stores, which gives our product ample opportunity to expand into these convenience retail spaces.
