Business Plan

Here is a look at an in-depth explanation of our supply chain. We plan to start our salsa’s production with raw ingredients sourced from local sustainable farming practices at Francis Produce, as well as chips ordered from Martin’s. These ingredients will be sent to our contract manufacturer and copacker, DiscoverFresh. Then our packages will be filled into the thermoformed tray provided by Sonoco and sealed with lidding provided by Printpack. The trucking company we use for distribution is Green Logistics and they ship our product to our different retail markets like Walmart, various airports, and convenience stores. Eventually, consumers all over the country may enjoy VAMOS Samba Sensations on the go at their own convenience.
Below is our cost structure. Our package costs $1.89 tp produce, and we would retail the product at $3.50. This means that VAMOS would be making a profit of $1.61 per unit sold. We may charge more for our product in an airport or convenience store setting, as prices are usually inflated within these retail markets.
