Pictured on the right is the palletization of the perfume bottles in their respective boxes. A 48x40 pallet type was chosen. The palletization was computed using Cape Pack. The 3D file from Artios CAD of the package with the bottle in it was input into Cape Pack and the palletization was run around it, with the minimum number of boxes per RSC being 6 and the maximum 12. An optimal option of the palletization that Cape Pack computed was chosen, one that was easy to stack and did not have much risk of falling over in transport.  The final palletization has 10 boxes of product per RSC in the palletization, 6 RSC's per layer, and 7 layers on the pallet.
